Dynamic and static

“Dynamic. Static” is a small USB fan designed to be inspired by the rotating propellers in the comics. In this paper, the dynamic rotation of the image in the cartoon is combined with the fan net and fan blade, so that it still gives the illusion of high-speed rotation in the static state of non-use. The design blurred the boundary between motion and static, use and non-use, making it more decorative and interesting in the non-use state.
